Rules and streaming
Rules Eliot gives you.
Eliot gives three rules before Tolie goes further: stay on the path, stay where he can see you, and leave any Staff Only door alone. Beside those rules, a streaming note tells you to capture the game window, and another line says some things happen outside the game.
Stay on the path.
Stay where I can see you.
If a door says Staff Only, do not go in.
Streaming note
Steam store noteNo streamer mode is needed. Capture the game window, not the whole screen.
Capturing the game window is the safe way to stream and record.
That note covers the game window only. It says nothing about a virus, remote access, or files outside that window.
Outside the game
Steam store noteSome things happen outside the game.
Some of the visit leaves the game window. No website, password, or file is named.

What each line is for
The path
Eliot's first rule is the only route he names as allowed. He says it before Tolie goes further, in the same breath as the other two. There is no map, room list, or marked trail that would turn the sentence into a diagram. If you are checking whether the park has a written route, this line is the route. Chapter titles are not given, so you cannot line the path up against the eight-chapter span or the ten-chapter count. The farm-to-tunnels line is a span, not a turn-by-turn path.
In his sight
The second rule keeps Tolie where Eliot can see her. It is spoken as his instruction, not as a camera setting and not as a menu option. In his greeting it sits between the path and the Staff Only door. He gives no stealth meter, no distance number, and no penalty screen. The practical reading is the sentence itself: do not leave the area he is using as his view of you. The streaming note further down is about capturing a window, and it is separate from this rule.
Staff Only
The third rule is a door. If it says Staff Only, Eliot says not to go in, because it is against the rules and you will get in trouble. A different staff line, spoken as a park announcement rather than as Eliot, asks guests who have seen a little girl in a white dress and a pink hat to notify the nearest staff member. That announcement does not name Tolie. The door rule and the missing-child announcement are two different sentences. One tells you which door to leave shut. The other tells guests to report a description.
Capturing a window
The full game is safe to stream and record. No streamer mode is needed. Capture the game window instead of the whole screen. Giggleland does things no other horror game has done, and some of them happen outside the game. The line under that warning is the window instruction. It is not a claim about viruses, remote access, or files outside the game window. If you are looking for a special streamer toggle, none is required.
Children and the boards
The game is not suitable for children. The age requirement beside that warning is 0, so the warning and the number are not the same gate. DEJUS marks 10, and the descriptor is Medo, which means fear. Steam Germany marks 6, with alcohol or tobacco and frightening content. IGRS marks 18, with horror, substances, and violence. ESRB and PEGI are not among the marks. Use the board that matches where you live. Your PC puts the marks in a table beside the Windows minimum.
