What a copy costs.
Giggleland is not free. On Steam the US list price is $19.99 and the price shown with it is $17.99, a 10 percent cut. Japan's list price is 2,600 yen, the same as the tax-included PC price. EUR, BRL, CNY, TWD, and KRW carry that same 10 percent cut. The cut can change.
United States
The dollar row is the US list price beside the lower price shown with it.
Japan
The yen row lists 2,600 and shows 2,340. The tax-included PC price is 2,600 yen.
Five more currencies
Euro, real, yuan, Taiwan dollar, and won each show a 10 percent discount on their own list price. Read the shown price in that currency's row, not a rounded guess.

How to read a row
List beside shown
Each currency has a list price and a lower price at 10 percent off. The list price is the number before the cut. The shown price is the number next to it. In the US that pair is $19.99 and $17.99. In Japan it is 2,600 yen and 2,340 yen. The tax-included PC price matches the yen list at 2,600, not the discounted 2,340. If a friend quotes one number, ask which column they mean before you compare countries.
The other five
Euro lists 20.49 and shows 18.44. The real lists 67.99 and shows 61.19. Yuan lists 68.00 and shows 61.20. The Taiwan dollar lists 377 and shows 339. Won lists 21,000 and shows 18,900. Each of those cuts is 10 percent of that currency's own list price. Do not convert the US shown price and expect it to land on the won row. Family Sharing is on, and it does not change these prices. The game is not free in any of these rows.
The cut can move
The 10 percent figure is the current discount, not a permanent sale written into the game. A later week can show the list price alone, or a different cut. When that happens, trust the price Steam shows for your currency. These pairs are the numbers beside each other now, not a promise that $17.99 stays the US price. The US list of $19.99 is the anchor the discount was taken from. Japan’s list of 2,600 yen is the anchor for 2,340 yen. The same 10 percent is what turns 20.49 euro into 18.44, 67.99 reais into 61.19, 68.00 yuan into 61.20, 377 Taiwan dollars into 339, and 21,000 won into 18,900.
What the price is not
These rows are the price of the Windows game. They are not a ticket booth inside the park, even though a night view shows a Tickets sign by the carousel. They are also not a price for app 3659070. That address, tied to a Vegetable Patch demo, is not a product you can buy. Controller support, English audio, and the six-hour length do not add a second charge. One purchase is the single-player game, and Family Sharing follows Steam's household rules. DualShock and DualSense support, English full audio, and the six-hour length ride along in that purchase. Only these seven currencies are listed: US dollars, yen, euros, reais, yuan, Taiwan dollars, and won. A currency that is missing was not filled in by converting another row.
